About us
The red rectangle is our second home.
Founded in November 2024, TENNISMEISTEREI has already become an integral part of the Munich tennis scene and offers numerous players the opportunity to improve their tennis game.
In addition to the passion on the court, TENNISMEISTEREI stands for a place that connects people, promotes exchange, and fosters a strong sense of community.
The promotion of team spirit, fair play, and sportsmanship is particularly close to our hearts. We are very excited to see how people of different ages, diverse cultures, and individual motivations come together in our training to play tennis together and learn from each other.
Mission
We make effective tennis training easily accessible. Flexibly scheduled, sustainably inspiring, and tailored to today's dynamic lifestyle.
Vision
We want to create a holistic training environment that stands for quality, personal development, and joy in the game. Tennis should become a shared experience, that inspires people, brings them together, and has a positive lasting effect – far beyond the court.
Values
What matters to us and what guides us – the guidelines of the Tennismeisterei.

About the founder
"I am firmly convinced that this sport shapes character, far beyond the tennis court. While tennis may not save the world, it can perhaps make it a slightly better place."
– Lucas Heiser.
Hello, I am Lucas, 33 years old, born in Munich – and I have spent most of my life on the baseline. Along the way, I have gained a lot of experience, which I gladly pass on to motivated players to this day.
I myself come from competitive tennis and have been active at a high level both nationally and internationally for many years (LK 1). For over 15 years, I have been accompanying players of all levels – from beginner to expert – on their individual tennis journey.
After my M.Sc. in Strategic Management at the University of Innsbruck, I worked for several years at Ernst & Young and during this time founded my first start-up in the tennis sector.
Today, several years later, I have turned my passion into a profession and combine my love for tennis with my passion for entrepreneurship and innovation management.
I look forward to enabling even more people access to high-quality tennis training in the future.
