Contents
After a short warm-up, we move in small groups through three varied stations.
Additionally, music, a ball machine, and small challenges provide pace and dynamics. No pressure, but with a lot of energy and team spirit.
Group size: 8 – 24 people
Possible times: MO – FR between 9 AM and 3 PM
