Our format
You train for 60 minutes in a small group with a maximum of four people and go through three varied exercise stations during the training – each with its own focus and mode.
Step by step, you will further develop all the important areas of your game:
technically correct grip position for different strokes
cleanly executed processes before, during, and after the impact including the correct timing
precise and efficient footwork
as well as the conscious choice of the right hitting decisions based on your positional play
Participation requirements
The training is open to all players aged 18 and over who enjoy movement and tennis, and whose health condition allows for physical exertion.
